Our YT-520 Tester is used to test the scratch resistance of our lenses. For this steel wood (0000#) test we use a weight of 50 grams for 30 cycles. and check under fluorescent light for scratches.

Our sunlens is usually capable of 200 grams with no scratch.

Our polarized sunlens is usually capable of 350 grams with no scratch.
